These Terms & Conditions govern all quotations, sales, deliveries, and website usage carried out by RoMaks Limited, a Hong Kong–registered supplier of electronic components and related hardware.

1. General

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. RoMaks Limited reserves the right to update the content without prior notice.

2. Product Information

All technical specifications, drawings, images, CAD files, and product descriptions provided on this website or in our catalog are for reference only. RoMaks Limited reserves the right to update dimensions, materials, and specifications without notification.

3. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for the period specified in writing (typically 7–30 days).
  • Prices are shown EXW Hong Kong unless otherwise stated.
  • Special pricing, bulk pricing, or long-term agreements must be confirmed in writing.

4. Orders

  • Orders must be submitted in writing (email or purchase order).
  • Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product category.
  • RoMaks Limited reserves the right to accept or decline any order.

5. Delivery Terms

Default delivery term: EXW Hong Kong.

Shipping can be arranged through:

  • Customer’s own forwarder
  • RoMaks Limited’s partner logistics (upon request)

Transit time, customs clearance, taxes, duties, and insurance are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms must be agreed before order confirmation.
  • Standard terms: 100% prepayment unless credit terms have been established.
  • Bank fees, charges, or exchange fluctuations are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Warranty

RoMaks Limited guarantees that all products are free from manufacturing defects under normal use. Our warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation
  • Misuse or modification
  • Damage caused during transportation after EXW handover
  • Products used outside their intended specifications

8. Returns & Claims

  • Any claim must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • The customer must provide evidence: photos, test reports, or samples.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

9. Limitation of Liability

RoMaks Limited is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profit or production
  • Incorrect use of components
  • Third-party delays (shipping companies, customs, etc.)

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, CAD drawings, descriptions, and branding—is the property of RoMaks Limited. Unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy & Data

Customer data is used only for communication, quotations, and order processing. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
