RoMaks Limited – Delivery Terms

RoMaks Limited supplies and ships all orders under the EXW Hong Kong terms (Incoterms® 2020), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping Terms

• Default shipping condition: EXW – Ex Works (Hong Kong)
  Goods are made available at our warehouse in Hong Kong. The buyer is responsible for arranging pickup, export procedures, freight, customs clearance, and final delivery.
• Alternative shipping methods:
  Upon customer request, we can coordinate shipping with the buyer’s preferred carrier or freight forwarder, including:
  DHL, FedEx, UPS, SF Express, Aramex, or any third-party logistics service chosen by the customer.

Lead Time

Lead time depends on product type and stock availability.
Standard processing time: 1–3 business days for stocked items.
For custom or non-stock items, lead time will be provided with the quotation.

Packaging

All goods are packed in secure industrial packaging to ensure safe transportation.

Insurance

Insurance is not included unless requested. If required, insurance must be arranged by the buyer or pre-approved with our team.

Responsibilities

RoMaks Limited is responsible for:

• Providing goods ready for pickup at our Hong Kong warehouse
• Packing goods according to export standards
• Issuing commercial invoice and packing list

The Buyer is responsible for:

• Arranging transport and pickup
• All export, import, and customs formalities
• Payment of all duties, taxes, and freight charges

Special Instructions

If your shipment requires specific labeling, palletizing, forwarder instructions, or compliance documentation — please notify us in advance when placing your order.
